I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Gaylord, Johannesburg, Elmira, Waters, Vanderbilt, Wolverine, and Frederic. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I have been associated with the real estate industry for 28 years all of which have been in the Gaylord area. I was an Owner/Broker of my own real estate firm for 18 years prior to affiliating with Real Estate One Gaylord. I am currently a Director for the Water Wonderland of Realtors and held the same position for 3 consecutive 3-year terms. I currently sit on the Profession Standards Committee and have held the position for the past 10 years. In 1999 I received the "Realtor of the Year" Award from the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors and the Michigan Association of Realtors. I have served our community in the past as a Director for the Gaylord/Otsego County Chamber of Commerce. I have devoted my career to Seller representation and also offer Buyer Brokerage assistance for clients who are looking for professional help when purchasing residential and commercial real estate.
